Myself and Mr Anand Raula babu had seen most of the hotels/ resorts around that place. Hotel La Shayok is one of its kind, created with passion/ vision/ space for activities/ etc. Beautiful layout, garden/greenery, the stream inside the property, the rooms, the staff, the service, the food, the willingness to serve better, all fantastic. The internet was fine till they switch off, TV worked with their Wi-Fi connection. I would suggest to continue this prized asset till you find something better;2.The Hotel Ladakh Palace is good if you see the exterior, dining and sitting area. But the service is not up to mark. The rooms lack basic things like cloth hangers, tea kettle, etc. The TV was a show-piece. The internet was a joke. The food was good on day one. But their kind of food is very spicy and heavy on stomach while in high altitude, we should have been served with something easy for stomach. The manager was not good, but manager/F&B was definitely helpful and very positive in approach; The location is totally outside the city area, so canâ€™t have any opportunity to roam around or shop or see the night life; Please search for a better place in future;3.The Pangong Leisure Resort is ok. It is actually better than many shabby accommodations around, but hygiene is a big issue there. The food was basic. There were no heating arrangements in the rooms or availability of normal or hot running water in the taps. They should have supplied bigger thermos for the night. They did not have electric supply for nearly 3 hours in the night. The free Wi-Fi was a joke only. The hotel did not have a road access practically and it was quite far away from the shore, and there was no clear path to it. Today it is impossible to accommodate all the tourist in some place better & closer to the lake. Durbok may the suitable place which does not have hotels/ resorts to accommodate the number of tourists staying at Pangong. But may be in futureâ€¦Vehicle:-1.We were lucky to have a very good driver, great attitude, tremendous knowledge of the terrain/ routes/ sites/ 2.Innova was comfortable and well suited for fourCoordination:-1.Haider showed up on our arrival, gave a scarf and went missing;2.We were not told about the day-2 starting time. Things changed once I brought this to the knowledge of Sri Ram babu, when he called me for feedback;3.When we needed visit to hospital, the hotel guy helped, but there was no coordinator to be seen. 4.When acclimatisation is so important in Ladakh, the local coordinator should have paid visit to our hotel and should have checked with everyone for any assistance like buying oxygen cylinders/ medicines. 5.Even we had to arrange transport to hospital and had paid extra while the allotted vehicle should have been available.Overall Experience:-1.It was very good2.It can be a better experience for your clients if you prepare them for trip individually (like ensuring Diamox, light and gut-friendly food in the hotels, details of day/ night time temperature which affects the packing list, all you clients are different though in the same tour;3.Local coordinators should have discussed with the vehicle drivers to touch all the spots; There was no local coordinator4.Please keep one day extra for unforeseen situations, which are very common in hills, should be expected in Himalaya. 5.Please keep a list of trustworthy shopping establishments/ eateries for each place which can help your clients (us).  Read Less

The transfers were also smooth and punctual, well coordinated. The driver was so polite and friendly. He was kind of another guide for us. Your travel arrangements were such a hassle free one. Read More Dear M/s Ecsels Holidays My feedback regarding  our recent Shimla, Kullu Manali tour from 13th Jun to 19th Jun 2026 was wonderful and  would like to thank team    Ecsels for organising nicely.We, two families, enjoyed visiting Himalayan nature park, Mall road shopping street, adventurous Kullu river rafting, Solang valley, Vaishanbi devi temple  especially experiencing walking, sliding  on Baralacha La snow capped area which is more than 16000 feet above see level was excellent. That pass is connected Leh distrct in Ladakh.Vehicle Innova provided was comfortable on mountain roads and driver was skilled a well behaved gentle man. Hotel rooms booked were hygienic and food quality was satisfactory. Suggestion:-Travel time from Manali to Chandigarh was too long around 9hrs in the last day.
