Cancellations or no-shows will incur full charges once hotel bookings are confirmed.
Check-in: 14:00 hrs / 15:00 hrs (depending on hotel policy). Early check-in is subject to room availability. Check-out: 11:00 hrs / 12:00 hrs (hotels reserve the right to charge for late check-outs).
At Airport: Meeting Point / Information Counter (If you do not see the placard, please contact the
emergency number provided). SIC Transfers: Report 15 minutes before departure at Suvarnabhumi
Airport. Private Transfers: Wait time is up to 1 hour after the flight lands. Delays beyond this will require guests to arrange their own transport to the hotel.
No refunds or replacements will be provided for lost, damaged, or unused tickets and meal vouchers. Guests are advised to retain all tickets until departure.
Tours: Guest have to wait in the lobby as per the reporting time. They will be picked up within 30
minutes based on nearby hotel pickups. If PAX are not available then, they have to manage on their own. All tours & transfers on SIC basis.
For private transfers, a late arrival of over 30 minutes will incur a late fee of THB 400.
Any additional stops during transfers will incur extra charges.

In case of any emergencies, guests are encouraged to contact the provided emergency numbers for assistance.
Kindly ensure that you collect all your personal belongings at the end of each transfer. Any forgotten items that require a return trip will incur additional charges to cover fuel and time costs.
