On arrival at Kushok Bakula airport in Leh (situated at a height of 3,500 meters), you will be transferred to your hotel. Leh Flight is considered one of the most sensational flights in the world. After breakfast at the hotel proceed to Sham Valley which includes the Hall of Fame, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Magnetic Hills, Spituk Monastery and Sangam. Magnetic Point: is a gravity hill located on Srinagar - Leh National highway. The hill is alleged to have magnetic properties strong enough to pull cars uphill and force passing aircraft to increase their altitude in order to escape magnetic interference; in reality, the effect is an optical illusion created by the gravity hill. Sangam: is the confluence of the rivers Indus and Zanskar. Just the view of Sangam Valley from the road above it can make you swoon in ecstasy. After breakfast at the hotel drive to Nubra Valley (125 km) via Khardung la Pass which is situated at a height of 18360 ft and is considered as the 2nd highest motorable pass of the world. Once you arrive at Khalsar drive on the left towards Diskit & Hunder Village. Check-in at your camp/Hotel. Drive to Visit Diskit Monastery, Hunder Sand Dunes to enjoy Camel Safari (OPTIONAL) on the shabby double-humped Bactrian camels. Hunder is a small village where the Shyok River meets the Nubra River. After early breakfast at your Hotel get ready for a trip to Turtuk. Turtuk has been opened recently in 2010 for domestic tourists and in 2013 for foreign tourists. It is an amazing place, quite different from the rest of the landscape in Nubra Valley, and has a different affinity for culture too. Turtuk is one of the upcoming tourist destinations in Ladakh. So it isn't known to a lot of tourists. Just 7kms away from PoK, this is a beautiful little place offering raw beauty. Though a Muslim village, there are a few gompas located on the plateau above the Shyok River and there is an old royal house to see in the village. Turtuk is one of the few places in India where one can witness Balti culture. After noon drive back to your Hotel. Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at camp in Nubra.
After breakfast at your camp drive to Pangong Lake via Shayok. This direct route from Nubra Valley to Pangong Tso has now become more popular in the past few years. Drive from Nubra to Pangong via Agham - Shayok drives through Durbuk and Tangtse village situated in the Changthang region of Ladakh. Pangong Lake is salt water, 120 km in length and 6 – 7 Km broad at the longest point. It is bisected by the international border between India & China. Visit the exact location of the famous movie “Three Idiots” & enjoy an outing along the banks of the lake. One really feels very close to nature at Pangong Lake with its scenic surroundings. In the early morning, you can enjoy a photo - session around the lake. Post breakfast drive back to Leh through Changla Pass. Wake up early in the morning, enjoy breakfast, and get to say bye to the enchanting environs of Ladakh. You will be dropped off at the Leh Airport for your onward journey.

All tourist/visitors arriving in Leh must undergo at least 48 hrs of acclimatization before initiating their journey to high altitude areas
Road travel does not help at all in acclimatization. It builds up the altitude effect progressively.
Tablet Diamox-250mg (acetazolamide) must be taken twice a day, after breakfast after dinner at least two days before starting journey to Leh and should be continued for two days more, after arriving at Leh.
There should be no active physical exertion on the first two days of arrival in Leh.
Tourists should have at least 2-3 ltrs. of water per day and should avoid alcohol, smoking cigarettes and sedatives
Tourists should have a light meal on the first day of arrival to avoid indigestion.
