4. Hotel Facilities: Use of in-house facilities such as the swimming pool, gym, spa, and other amenities is strictly as per the hotel's rules, timings, and availability.
5. Airport Reporting: Passengers are advised to report at the airport at least **3 hours prior** to the departure of all international flights.
6. Child Policy:
* Children aged 0–6 years will generally be accommodated without an extra bed (unless specified).
* Children aged 7–11 years must take an extra bed.
* 12 years and above will be considered adults and charged accordingly.
7. Currency Fluctuation: Package cost has been calculated at an exchange rate of **USD 1 = INR 83.00**. Any increase or decrease in the exchange rate at the time of booking will be charged on an actual basis.
8. Passport Validity: Passengers must hold a passport with a minimum validity of **6 months** (or as per the destination country's immigration requirements) from the date of travel and ensure all required travel documents are valid before departure.
9. Travel Documents: It is the sole responsibility of the traveller to carry a valid passport, visa (if applicable), confirmed tickets, and all other required travel documents.
10. Force Majeure: The company shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, itinerary changes, or additional expenses caused by natural disasters, political unrest, airline schedule changes, strikes, pandemics, or any circumstances beyond its control.
